As Strategy and Operations Lead for North America at SAI, he works with retailers to translate real store challenges into scalable solutions that deliver measurable impact. He focuses on shaping go-to-market strategy, building strong customer partnerships, and ensuring pilots convert into successful enterprise rollouts. By combining analytical rigor with a practical understanding of store operations, Eminet helps teams move from insight to action and from opportunity to results.
Outside of work, Eminet enjoys exploring new cities, discovering great food, and spending time with friends and family. He is always up for a good conversation about business, technology, or the next travel destination.

Andrew is an experienced fraud investigation professional with a deep background in the retail sector. With over 24 years working across retail environments, he has built extensive expertise in identifying, analysing, and preventing loss. His retail experience is complemented by more than 15 years in law enforcement within the country's largest police force, where he further strengthened his investigative skills and operational insight.
Andrew brings this unique combination of retail knowledge and policing experience to SAI, supporting the business and its clients in reducing losses and enhancing their overall risk posture. His practical, evidence‑based approach helps organisations better understand threats and implement effective, sustainable solutions.
When not at work, Andrew enjoys spending time with his partner and their young daughter and when he gets the chance, a pint watching the rugby

Usman turns complex retail data into clear, actionable insights. As a Business Analyst at SAI, he works with retailers to uncover the story behind the numbers and enable faster, smarter decision-making. He focuses on identifying trends, translating data into practical recommendations, and delivering insights that drive efficiency and measurable results. He bridges the gap between analysis and action, ensuring insights don't just sit in reports but drive real decisions.

Outside of work, Usman enjoys watching football and playing video games. He appreciates the strategy, competition, and teamwork they require, as they reflect the same focus and critical thinking he brings to his professional life.

Helen makes business better. She has grown businesses in Europe and North America, being responsible for P & L’s in size from millions to billions, while keeping customer and employee satisfaction extremely high. In her early career, being part of the teams that developed both the self-scanning and self-checkout markets in Europe, she has used her experience in retail technology, customer journey and store operations to develop SAI alongside Som. She is an empathetic leader and an inspirational mentor. Outside of work, her creative outlets are gardening, card games and planning her next 10k run. Expect dog pics.

Patrick works closely with leading retailers to help them navigate growing challenges around shrink, operational visibility, and store performance. With extensive experience across retail operations and loss prevention, he brings a practical understanding of how stores really operate and how technology can support better outcomes for both teams and customers. At SAI, Patrick focuses on building strong relationships with retail partners and helping organizations unlock the value of computer vision and AI across their existing store infrastructure. From improving visibility into store activity to identifying loss events earlier, he works with customers to translate innovative technology into measurable operational impact. Outside of work, he values time with family and can often be found traveling to watch his son play baseball at Florida State or visiting his two daughters at Penn State.

Ranjith is a seasoned technology and operations leader with over two decades of experience building and scaling businesses across financial services, retail, and telecommunications. Having worked with both Fortune 500 companies and startups, he thrives in environments where strategy meets execution. He is known for thinking holistically about commercial ventures — stepping beyond functional boundaries to help organisations grow, innovate, and operate efficiently. A decisive leader who brings clarity to uncertainty, Ranjith excels in both structured corporate settings and fast-moving startup environments. With an engineering background and an MBA, he combines technical insight, operational expertise, and commercial thinking to turn ideas into scalable, real-world solutions. He also 4 patents to his name. Outside of work, Ranjith enjoys travelling, watching and playing sports (mainly cricket, badminton) that require hand–eye coordination, and spending quality time with friends and family

With more than 30 years’ experience across retail technology, data networking, and AI, Chris specialises in translating complex systems into understandable, practical and strategic business benefits.

Pál is an experienced retail sales leader with deep expertise across the global retail sector, particularly within the EMEA region. He has a strong track record of connecting innovative startups with Tier 1 and Tier 2 retailers, helping bring new technologies successfully into the retail market. With a background in software development and technology delivery, Pál excels at leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects from concept through to implementation. Known for his ability to build trusted relationships and deliver results, he combines strong commercial insight with an innovative approach to achieving KPIs and driving measurable impact for customers. Outside of work he likes gardening and is a huge fan of sports like tennis, squash and cycling.

Peter has 25 years Project Management experience working both remotely and on site with clients that specialise in a range of sectors including clothing, food, pharmaceutical, FMCG, and automotive. He has Project Managed the implementation of applications/hardware for clients in United Kingdom, South Africa, and North America with simultaneous go-lives across multiple sites. He is experienced in software delivery full end to end transformation either through an upgrade of an application or replacement and transition to new application. Outside of work, he can occasionally be found singing in a band, enjoys walking his dogs, and hiking the hills of England, Wales and Scotland.
